MINDFULNESS and Relaxation
Our brains love to TRY to multitask. I say, try, because despite its noble intentions, the brain is TERRIBLE at multitasking!!! 😂 Think new little puppy or kitten with a laser pointer...!
Mindfulness is a way of teaching the brain to do one thing at a time. It takes practice to just let thoughts flow, eyes stay still, body calm.
There is NO RIGHT WAY TO PRACTICE MINDFULNESS!!! There is only the way that works for you!
